This means that Uncle Sam will buy cheese at $1.31 so cheese plants do not have to sell below that price. The government takes that cheese and uses it for feeding programs or charity donations. This extraordinary move will push butter and milk prices up as Washington tries to rescue a sinking industry

Soybean Oil - Soybean crush margins have been poor as of late which could lead to shortened soybean oil output. The soybean oil market may bottom before long. With the economic beginning to recover, look for oil prices to begin rising. If you do a lot of frying, this will drive your costs, it is not time yet to "buy in" to protect your price, but that time is coming soon.
